Enforcement action information

All the information in your bullet points there is correct.

Normally when there is no action showing on the enforcement teams website like that it means that you are not signed into the correct account.

Normally the Xbox support team at the very least should be able to tell you what type of suspension it is like if it is a communications or an account suspension and tell you the length of time that the suspension is for. Did they give you any of that type
of information?

Are you able to sign into your account like at account.microsoft.com to see if anything pops up there with any types of messages because sometimes the system may suspend your account if it feels that your account like sent out a bunch of spam emails or stuff
like that and the only way to see anything like that would be to sign into the account itself at account.microsoft.com where the enforcement site is more for Xbox related suspensions.

Wonder why the xbox support supervisor recommended me here then.

If I can't access the case through the enforcement website, how should I proceed?

I can't sign into my account on MCC on PC. I called xbox support for help and on their end, it says I have an enforcement action.

what is the error you get when you try to sign in on MCC?

do you have another account you can try to see if it is your account or MCC on PC?

I thought that may be the case, but I spoke with a floor supervisor on the phone and was told:

-the enforcement team doesn't handle calls

-normally I should launch an appeal through the enforcement website but as you can see by my image above I can't access the case to launch an appeal

-the support team can't handle enforcement cases, only the enforcement team can

-there is no email address to reach the enforcement team, only the case section on the enforcement website

The Xbox Enforcement website appears to be up and running normally as normal. I would recommend going there and checking out the information on your enforcement action because on that website and that website alone is where you will find the information
and the tools required to deal with said action. After logging on to the website with the afflicted Microsoft Account somewhere in the center of the page there should be a box you can click on that will route you to view the status and information regarding
the enforcement action. If applicable, you may be able to fill out a small survey (known as a case review) about the action in an attempt to have it readdressed and hopefully repealed. Please be aware that not everything can have the opportunity to be reviewed,
only certain things do under certain circumstances.
