  1. Enforcement Action Help

I received an email from Xbox live saying my account was "subject to enforcement action due to a violation of the Microsoft Service Agrement". No explanation as to what the violation was. There was a link provided
but it just took me to their website saying "Experiencing technical problem. Try again later". I eventually figured out it was just not compatible with Google Chrome but it worked with Microsoft Edge. When I finally found the reason it just said that I had
created an "innapropriate video" and that it was being taken down. I have no idea what it was though!!! It didn't specify what video it was. I've only uploaded a handful of clips I took from games I've been playing for the purpose of sending them to one
other friend. I would like to know what it was so I could avoid making the same mistake again but I can't get ahold of anyone who can help. On top of that I cant upload any captures to Xbox Live anymore. I just get a pop-up saying there's a problem with
my privacy setting or past behavior. Somebody please help me figure out who I can contact to get this straightened out.

    :)

    Help with enforcement action.

Actually you agreed to the terms of the service once you signed so you should be aware that what you call "normally trash talk" files under online abuse and harassment making your behavior object to enforcement acts. By your own admitting you have done this
more than once and since your account went under investigation the enforcement team certainly found other cases of your behavior that goes against the Code of Conduct. Enforcement acts can be decided even after a previous ban when further abusive behavior
    is established.

Gaming should be entertainment, a way to to connect with others and not harass others. If someone drops out of the game just rate their behavior and move on as every conscious gamer will do. Name calling or retaliating is a breach of xbox live service rules.
I strongly suggest you to get well acquainted with the the Code of Conduct. in order to avoid future suspensions: http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/Legal/CodeOfConduct

    Help!! Enforcement Action

Yes, a permanent ban is permanent.

Support staff are not authorized to handle suspension issues; they'll often redirect you here or to the
    Enforcement website.

A case review is often available (the only way to talk to the Enforcement team), but I wouldn't count on any mercy for something as serious as a permanent ban. If the status of your case review says "Decision Upheld", it means that Enforcement has rejected
    your appeal.

Keep in mind that PSN carries similar player conduct codes. They aren't necessarily more "lax" than Xbox's Enforcement team.

    Enforcement Action Help

    Hey Tyler

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are seeking additional info in regards the current Enforcement Action on your account.

There is no way for us, here on the Xbox Forums, to provide for you additional info in regards to the status of your account. The details that you received on the Enforcement site may have provided additional details, but until the content you uploaded is
removed you might not be able to verify exactly what caused this..

The reason you are not longer able to upload any more content, may be that the Enforcement Action on your account confiscates certain privileges.

If the suspension on your account is longer than a single day, you may be able to

    file for a case review
. Keep in mind that this will require that you have a good understanding of the

    Xbox Community Standards
. This may be the path you might prefer to take as this could reduce or maybe even relief you of the suspension.

I hope this is of some use to you.

    help with enforcement action plz

The enforcement team does not use the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them, but a review would take longer than the suspension since it's only 24 hours. All you can do is wait it out.
