Enforcement Action for Permanent Account Suspension

First off, I have no idea why I was even suspended. Secondly, if my suspension was supposed to be for 24 hours, why did the Enforcement website quote 28 hours?

According to the website, my suspension has been lifted yet I still can't send messages or join parties.



Why is it that the "Enforcement Team" can't be contacted? Sounds pretty fishy to me that they can just suspend your account without telling you why and you just have to accept it. Seeing as how the website states that I should be able to file a case review
(i.e., must be longer than 24 hours and within last 12 months), I have no option to do so. This is absolute garbage, and now I'm paying for a service that I can not use. This needs to be rectified immediately.

my account was banned for a nudity gamer pic that wasn't my fault, my friend was using my Xbox whilst I was on holiday, he said as a joke he changed my gamer pic to a nude girl, this got my account banned on the 02/09/2017, I didn't get an enforcement message,
I looked on the website of enforcement and see that I'm banned until the 10/09/2017, but I have a console suspension until the 21/09/2017, this means I'm unable to play my Xbox for something that wasn't my fault, I really need this sorted as soon as possible
because I play professional rainbow six siege, I cannot let my team down, we have a game tomorrow for a lot of money. I understand why the account was banned, it's my fitness fault and he's apologised to me for it, but the console ban means I can't do anthing
until the end of the month, please can you sort this as soon as possible, I would really appreciate this, I'm begging you, thank you

 

Enforcement team cannot be contacted because it's the only way to avoid harassment. Most bans are usually warranted and don't occur without evidence.

Also, if your suspension is up you may won't to try this to see if it helps.

Step 1: Remove/delete your GT from your console.

Step 2: Power cycle the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds until it turns off.

Step 3: Restart the Xbox back up

Step 4: Recover the GT back onto the console.
