enforcement action for no reason

i keep getting these enforcement action for no reason. Can a bunch of little kids just report me for nothing and get me into trouble or WTF is up with this BS enforcement system i just dont understand it i mean first off it says for harasment and all
ive been posting on comments is games that i wouldlike to see and things that should be done by a game developer and telling them about glitches on the active feed so wtf is this BS enforcement crap i mean really MS do you want people to quit playing xbox
or what iguess i just wont say anything on the active feed anymore for helping out developers with feedback if all thats going to happen is a bunch of little 12 year old kids are going to report me for nothing at all

Enforcement action for no reason?

I received a notice this morning that an enforcement action had been taken against my account. I didn't realize it until after the enforcement period was over, so I didn't get a chance to send it to review. Thing is, I literally haven't done anything on
xbox live in years other than netflix on my old 360, install the windows 10 app, and and add 2 people who are close friends (group of friends basically use xbl as a chat while they're gaming, I only have PC this gen). Not a big deal, just pointing out a possible
glitch, as I couldn't have done anything against tos when I haven't done anything at all.

Enforcement action for no reason?

You can still file for a case review at the enforcement teams website at enforcement.xbox.com as long as the enforcement action is less then a year old.

Is it quite possible that your account is still on the 360 that you may have gotten rid of and someone signed into it and possibly did something.

and i play more PC then xbox and i never get reported for anything at all so GG microsoft for letting 12 year olds control everything on xbox and its so very annoying getting enforcement actions because some little kid didnt like my non harasment no swearing
or anything comment about a game for feedback to the developers for something that i may not have liked or a glitch to try to help them out but nooooo them 12 year olds gota hit that report button its basicly making me not want to be on xbox anymore or purchase
anymore products for xbox and i am 30 years old and mature so ya do something because this crap never happens to me on steam or any other comment sections that are on PC Gaming. I have helped a lot of Devs on steam with posting glitches and bugs with my feedback
and i have never been reported so i think you guys need to do something about that report button because it is majore bullcrap.

The enforcement team investigates every report they receive, so it doesn't matter if you get 100 complaints filed against you, they will only take action if you've actually done something to violate the code of conduct.

The email did not say why other than 'communication' - that does not provide any information regarding the actual reason for the action or the violation of the code of conduct.

I am not eligible to file for a case review as the action only lasted around 24 hours - regardless, although it is now over, I would still like to see that there is a valid reason for the enforcement action and, if one cannot be supplied, have it removed
from my account's history and receive an apology and some form of compensation for the time I had to wrongly go without my paid for Xbox Live service.

I believe the enforcement action was a mistake as I have not violated the Code of Conduct. If I have then it should be easy enough for a member of the Enforcement Team to show me the violation and demonstrate proof - temporarily suspending my services without
supplying a reason and with no easy method of contact, however, rings of unprofessionalism on Microsoft's part and is an issue they should address.

The email should tell you why you were suspended & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site

Log in on
enforcement.xbox.com and from there you should be able to find out why your account was suspended/banned, and for how long.
