    suspension impact: For the duration of the suspension this account cannot use Xbox Live communication features, including in-game and party chat, messaging, video communications, gameplay broadcasting, sharing content, and Skype on Xbox One. Permanent suspension
    impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges until 12/2/2017, 2:29:33 PM."

    I have had some trouble understanding the reasoning to immediately suspend a account that hasn't had an offense since 2013. the term in the offense message that I put was "Go **** yourself" which I understand to be offensive but was in retaliation to the
    other party being EXTREMELY toxic and flaming during a game of SMITE. Multiple pings in game and use of the in game chat system in a aggressive and toxic manner. Of which directly after my message I blocked the other parties account and had no intention of
    further messaging. What im getting at is I get I said something that was in breach of rules but again nothing since 2013 and was literally 1 message with no chance of prolonged breaking in terms of use. I would like to argue about your lack of communication
    to said "enforcement team" regarding suspensions of this type due to im not able to submit a case review and your "enforcement team" has no chat or specific way to contact. I would like a response even if it is after the above date and time that the suspension
    is lifted just to get a correct feel on why the decision was made to immediately suspend a great rep account from a report from a not so great rep account. There should be some internal information gathering prior to any suspension to avoid someone like that
    wrongfully or in distaste reporting someone for defending themselves.

    No one here can deal with Xbox enforcement actions.

    If it's 24 hours, its best to just wait it out. It takes longer than that for an appeal.

    Rep has nothing to do with suspensions. You said something that violates the code of conduct, so you get a suspension. Pretty simple really. It doesn't matter how it starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you are at fault. The
    enforcement team does investigate complaints before issuing suspensions.

    Suspensions are never immediate unless it's do severe that you wouldn't want it.to goto court if you even looked at the faq you would.know.this

    The proccess never takes a min it takes hours based on the queue before they even investigate then send it off to the next team

    I get that but the suspension WAS IMMEDIATE, I sent the message at around 10:30 am and received a suspension notification before I was out of the SMITE game that was already half over so It was probably at MAX 10 minutes. I'm grateful
    for these responses but deserving your lack of ability to type a coherent sentence or spell your words correctly I have to discount anything in your reply. The issue was the quickness and lack of investigation done with my suspension that is the problem, I
    know the normal would take "hours" to look into the offense which is confusing to me due to the only message I sent to the reporting user was "go **** yourself" because of the flaming and amount of toxicity dealt with in game (noted I do realize it was a breach
    in rules stated but I also would like to state I was HEATED and I did self block the toxic account immediately after because I was heated). I could care less that i was suspended i'm just trying to understand HOW it only took them a few minutes between the
    message I sent, the report, and the noted suspension of 24 hours.

    The Point is this whether it was immediate or whether it took them a day or two to investigate you still broke the rules and were punished for it.

    out. Again the point of the post wasn't to reverse the suspension it was to become self informed on how the suspension was active just moments after said message was sent and reported and the lack of professionalism but the staff inadequate time spent on investigating
    the situation. So again thank you for your response but it was really lackluster in actually being useful in this situation.

    Again.... so NO ONE thinks otherwise in no shape or form did I ever mean to give the impression that I was innocent, in fact I have at least stated 2 times of the exact message I sent to the reporting user.

  10. To answer your question no one here in these forums can answer that question for you because we do not work for the enforcement team we are just a group of fellow gamers and volunteers that most of us do not even work for Microsoft. and are giving you answers
    to how we understand some of the enforcement teams actions to work. The way we are saying is probably one of many ways Microsoft has of doing policy and enforcement violation suspensions there is probably many ways that we do not know about and probably that
    Microsoft keeps secret so people can not find ways around them.

    as we told you over 5 x reputation has Nothing Nada to do with enforcement that is the COMMUNITYS opinion of yiu

    Also you DO NOT get any feedback on your reports

    Making false reports and abusing such feature will of get you suspended for abusing it

    The proccess is a report when they get to it is revirwed and then verified by a team not one person

    They review your history (which case further punishment maybe given if your have a history's of bad behaviour)

    If needed the TEAM sends it to another team for further review or send you a suspension depending on severity

    If you had even bothered to read the enforcement faq you would know this

    The tools may have been updated but the proccess is the same either way

    There is no instant bans because you have more then one person reviewing every report because everything has to be documented for the terms of use proccess if you had read the terms of use you would see why the documentation are important
