    Enforcement Action Bug


    My account received multiple Enforcements a while back, and they both ended before 4:09 yesterday. That was what the latest one said the enforcements would be lifted. Now they're both gone, and when I log in to the enforcement screen on this website it says
    there's nothing currently enforced on my account.

    I'm currently able to use multiplayer again, however my communications ban is still in effect for some reason.

    I did that live chat thing with a person and they checked my account and said nothing on there was permanent so I definitely shouldn't still be banned from communications because all of them ended.

    As a paying customer, I'd like to know why a service I'm paying for is not being given and without any idea why.

    cant apply for ambassador

    This is a beta, so there are bugs.

    But, if you had enforcement action taken on your account, then you cannot apply. Get at least 2,000 gamerscore. Here are the requirements:

    Be at least 13 years of age or older

    Have at least 1500 Gamerscore

    Have no prior Enforcement actions against your account

    Have an active Xbox Live Gold Membership

    I can't send messages. Please help

    Same i cant send messages to anyone, but my standing are at good player and have no recent enforcement action taken upon me, this is probably a bug with xbox live.

    Hi there

    Please double check if there is no enforcement action on your account here enforcement.xbox.com To see if it's one of there actions or if it's a bug that slow to register said achievements.

    Sounds like a bug or you may of been removed

    Have you had any enforcement action on your account since you joined?

    enforcement.xbox.com even if the ban was only 24 hours and isnt adctive anymore if you get any enforcement action your removed from the program for at leqast 12 months

    Alright. This Reporting System is Busted.

    That message being shown is actually a bug. I reported someone recently, got the same message, and they did still take action on them. So ignore that message. As long as you reported them, the enforcement team will investigate and take the appropriate action.
