Someone told me to suck there dick via message and I was banned. I want my banned move now or I will request to cancel my xbox live subscription and I refund on my system and every game. My mom is really upset having read such a nasty message.

Enforcement action

An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

The only way that you would have been suspended is if you violated the code of conduct and was reported to the Microsoft enforcement team you can find a copy of the code of conduct here Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers

Even if someone reports you as long as you do not violate the code of conduct you will not get a suspension put onto the account.

If you feel that the suspension was unwarranted you can file for a case review by going to the enforcement teams website at enforcement.xbox.com

The enforcement team does not monitor these forums they only handle things through their website.

There is a way to block and mute other players so that you do not see any of those messages again from that player.

If you reported that player for the message that they sent to you the enforcement team will not let you know what the status of their investigation of the report is.

The only way to get in contact with the enforcement team is through the case review, that is if you are eligible for it to be reviewed.

Unfortunatly we in the forums do not have access to the enforcement system to assit with this issue.

Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

If the appeal was denied unfortunately nothing else can be done.
Permanent bans are not issued without reason, they always investigate carefully the account before giving the permanent restriction
