Enforcement Action Assistance

I filed for a case review on my suspension and they brought me up to do a questionnaire. I failed all attempts due to my mood after looking that I have got not 1 suspension but 2 and the other one was placed on right after the first one when I didnt touch
the console at all. I want to get all of the solutions to this problem if that is possible, thank you and have a nice day.

Dear Ambassador - background story brief- on june 16 we received suspension due to one user getting into back fourth with troll; we were issued an additional gamertag so that the other user under "fly" lets say could still play and be in party chat; the
gamer tag which was given/issued without choice...it was assigned had the word "spoon" in it...so today at 8 am when turning on the box it was suspended for 2 weeks...email sent stated gamer tag was of sexual or pornographic lewd meaning or message or content...
xbox support issued it and we got suspended catch 22. sent this case to enforcement review and 10 hours later no response (gone on July 4th vacation I guess); there are no content of video, pics, trolling others with sexual innuendo etc yet we were suspended
for a gamertag we were given to us by xbox support itself! Dear Ambassador what have I found my self in???!!! Scott

 

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team to possibly have them uplift your suspension. If you failed the questionnaire, you should be able to try again after 24 hours. You'll want to read through the code of conduct again.

 

I will give you an example of how you can be suspended when already under a suspension.

It takes time for the enforcement team to investigate suspensions so say 2 weeks ago you sent a message to someone that violated the code of conduct it gets reported and the enforcement team does not get to the report till today and puts a suspension on
your account for say 1 week starting from today.

Then 1 week ago you sent another message that violated the code of conduct and say 2 days from now it comes across the enforcement teams desk they would then add a 2 week suspension to your account.

I am not saying this is what happened to you because I am NOT a part of the enforcement team I am just giving you an example of how you could get suspended when already serving a suspension.
