Enforcement action assistance

Dear Ambassador - background story brief- on june 16 we received suspension due to one user getting into back fourth with troll; we were issued an additional gamertag so that the other user under "fly" lets say could still play and be in party chat; the
gamer tag which was given/issued without choice...it was assigned had the word "spoon" in it...so today at 8 am when turning on the box it was suspended for 2 weeks...email sent stated gamer tag was of sexual or pornographic lewd meaning or message or content...
xbox support issued it and we got suspended catch 22. sent this case to enforcement review and 10 hours later no response (gone on July 4th vacation I guess); there are no content of video, pics, trolling others with sexual innuendo etc yet we were suspended
for a gamertag we were given to us by xbox support itself! Dear Ambassador what have I found my self in???!!! Scott

If you were banned for one day or 24 hours there is nothing you can do. However if the suspension was longer then a day you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested
in doing this Here is how to do it.

You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

You say this however, I am aware of a case from one of my friends whereby they received a 30 day suspension, and when the submitted a case review, they were not contacted by the enforcement team for almost a week after submitting the review. What made this
worse is they submitted a second review for the suspension that they had received and they didn't actually receive any way to be able to present their ide of the story until the suspension was actually completed by which point it was completely irrelevant.
So yes although the enforcement team is meant to contact a person regarding their case review so that they can present their side of the story and give reasoning for why exactly they were suspended, more often than not there is no response from the members
of the enforcement team meaning that in a large number of cases there is no way for the player to give their side of the story and present their case to the enforcement team with the hope of being able to have the suspension removed from their account.

 

Is there a expedited person or way to resolve this weird circumstance or do I need to let it run its course and just tough it out...?

 

my son and even a couple of the xbox support reps who play have shared that if they do well now more and more there are poor sport malcontents who habitually file complaints and use the tool to do as a passive aggressive retaliatory
tool... like I real life do you know if xbox enforcement also keeps track of those people who do this all the time to be a pain in everyones side? like when or if we file a false police report, that's a crime, or chronic law suit spammer , even the courts
and judge will legally admonish these types of people. its seems I'm hearing about this more coming out of fortnite and to lesser degree Call of Duty

 

Enforcement team does not use the forums. If you have filed a case review already it can take a few days for them to rule on it. enforcement.xbox.com is the only place to contact them.
