Enforcement Action Assistance

I was told to post here. I made a post earlier but i don't know if i did it right. I said something rude to someone who was rude to me in party chat and i got suspended. I should have been the bigger person and let it go but it was late and i lost my head.
I know it is only a one day suspension but it comes at a bad time. I play competitive fifa and i have games tomorrow. I need to be able to communicate with my teammates. I understand your rules and guidelines and i accept if tou dont respect my wishes but
i am sorry for what i said. I should have handled it better. I have a game at 8 est today so im hoping it can be sorted soon.

Enforcement Action Assistance

If you were banned for one day or 24 hours there is nothing you can do. However if the suspension was longer then a day you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested
in doing this Here is how to do it.

You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

You say this however, I am aware of a case from one of my friends whereby they received a 30 day suspension, and when the submitted a case review, they were not contacted by the enforcement team for almost a week after submitting the review. What made this
worse is they submitted a second review for the suspension that they had received and they didn't actually receive any way to be able to present their ide of the story until the suspension was actually completed by which point it was completely irrelevant.
So yes although the enforcement team is meant to contact a person regarding their case review so that they can present their side of the story and give reasoning for why exactly they were suspended, more often than not there is no response from the members
of the enforcement team meaning that in a large number of cases there is no way for the player to give their side of the story and present their case to the enforcement team with the hope of being able to have the suspension removed from their account.

 

I meant today instead of tomorrow. Please im sorry. I dont want to let my teammates down. I cant even plsy pro clubs rn.

 

Since it is only a 1 day suspension, it is not eligible for a case review. All you can do is wait it out.
