I am unable to play multiplayer and talk on Xbox even after my bans have already ended on the enforecement.xbox.com website. I tried reaching out to Xbox phone & chat support, but they are stating that I am still banned from the 3 (technically 2) bans listed.
Each support team stated that they couldn't assist with this issue because it's handled by enforcement team. As you can see I cannot apply for case review to even get assistance. The crazy thing technical support don't even have the same type of bans linked
to the dates listed in the picture. They stated my 10/11/2017 shows a communication ban, but it says Harassment Abuse and Threats.

Why am I being told that my bans end on Nov 10, 2017 and January 2018? I truly need someone to look into this issue because it's clearly a bug in enforcement page or whatever program Xbox support uses. Free me lol, this is so wrong on many levels.

If you were banned for one day or 24 hours there is nothing you can do. However if the suspension was longer then a day you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested
in doing this Here is how to do it.

You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site. This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.

You say this however, I am aware of a case from one of my friends whereby they received a 30 day suspension, and when the submitted a case review, they were not contacted by the enforcement team for almost a week after submitting the review. What made this
worse is they submitted a second review for the suspension that they had received and they didn't actually receive any way to be able to present their ide of the story until the suspension was actually completed by which point it was completely irrelevant.
So yes although the enforcement team is meant to contact a person regarding their case review so that they can present their side of the story and give reasoning for why exactly they were suspended, more often than not there is no response from the members
of the enforcement team meaning that in a large number of cases there is no way for the player to give their side of the story and present their case to the enforcement team with the hope of being able to have the suspension removed from their account.

Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team no longer uses the forums.

You will need to visit Xbox's enforcement page to find out any information about your current case.

Here are some links that might be useful for future reference.

  5. I don't have any current cases as you can see in the picture. I have no way to contact the enforcement and none of those links allow me to contact them. Supervisors never give me a call after it being requested and stated "My supervisor will give you a call
in 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Phone and chat support don't handle suspensions directly so they don't have correct information regarding them except for the end dates. Most likely the enforcement team discovered something else during your last ban and you were given an extension. There
is nothing you can do but wait it out.

  7. No one mentioned anything about an extension of all 3 bans. That doesn't even seem like a valid point because even the type of bans is incorrect lol. I still would see them as active on this page with the correct date lol. It is just funny that people say
wait it out and that I have active bans, but the picture states the bans are no longer active. At this point, I will have to ask my friends to keep report me a bunch of times to get banned.......this system is really bad that you can't even contact enforcement at
all or that no one at Microsoft will admit that there is a major bug in the system.......crazy

Getting your friends to report you could get them into trouble for abuse of the reporting system.

Plus it would achieve nothing as you only get suspended if you have done something wrong.

You can contact the enforcement team via a case review which you have already done.

If it is a 100 day extension on your current suspensions then it will not show on the enforcement site & is not eligible for a case review.

  9. I completely understand what you are saying. I am saying that it shouldn't come down to that in order to get contact them. It wasn't a 100-day extension and the text would be orange if I was currently banned. I have the actual time and date for .2nd. It
was supposed to end 10/25/17 6:51PM and the 3rd. showed 10/27/2017 1:15PM. This post is mainly for an Microsoft employee to see this and notice this is a bug. Everyone is just assuming at this point, but we need a Microsoft employee to look at it.. Unless
somebody has taken a look at Microsoft's Support team's software/website and compared to the difference on my account using enforcenement.xbox.com. I appreciate everyone's a opinion, but let's see if someone really takes a look into it.

there is no such thing as 28hour suspensions only 24 and 48 hour then various lengths after that depending on severity and history

Generally retaliation can't be appealed because there is no justification for breaking the rules regardless of who started it

And no saying he started it is not a valid excuse nor does.it excuse your nephews actions
There was no retaliation that is what I am questioning.

NNope 24hour suspensions don't have any case review because it can take up to 48hours meaning there's is no point as they have to re-review based on your case review request and see if it was justified or not which would take longer then 24hours so there
is no point is asking for a case review

The enforcement team does not use the forums. to see about submitting a case review, you'll need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com
