    Dear Microsoft Enforcement Team,

    I am sending this message regarding my account being wrongfully banned. My name is Christian Wolf. My Gamertag is , and my email linked to the account is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. I was muted on October 24, 2017, and I agree with me being muted, I deserve
    it, I sent a message I regret sending and I am paying the price for it; however, on October 26, 2017, at approx. 5:34 pm EST, I was surprisingly kicked out my Madden 18 match saying I don't have such privileges to access this mode. First thing I assumed was
    my Gold had expired, but it didn't. Next thing I considered was that I got banned, but for what I wasn't sure. I log in to my account, and I notice I have a multiplayer ban stating I abused, harassed my peers. Now I currently am trying to put two and two together
    here, and it's not coming out to be four. How could I possibly harass, abuse or **** anybody while I am muted? I decided to contact Xbox Support, and all they provided me with was that I was reported playing NBA 2K18. Now let me inform you NBA 2K18 can be
    an ego depleting game, it can be a stressful game when your losing, it will cause you to do things you regret (which is why I got muted), or it can cause you even to report people that just beat you to relieve some frustration. I don't want to sound like a
    cocky man, but I am good at a game which requires a lot of skill, so I am usually beating people by a lot. I am convinced that I was falsely reported and wrongfully banned. What also doesn't fit, is how I can get banned and no evidence is provided to me. In
    regards to me being muted, I don't need any proof, I know what I did and I deserve it. But in this case, I need evidence; I need confirmation that shows me harassing, abusing or assaulting a peer of mine while I was muted! I am 100% sure I never committed
    either one of the three offenses. I am looking to reverse the ruling that stated my account be banned for something I did not do. The worst part is THERE IS NO EVIDENCE PROVIDED. AGAIN ZERO EVIDENCE.

    If you were banned for one day or 24 hours there is nothing you can do. However if the suspension was longer then a day you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested
    in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.

    You say this however, I am aware of a case from one of my friends whereby they received a 30 day suspension, and when the submitted a case review, they were not contacted by the enforcement team for almost a week after submitting the review. What made this
    worse is they submitted a second review for the suspension that they had received and they didn't actually receive any way to be able to present their ide of the story until the suspension was actually completed by which point it was completely irrelevant.
    So yes although the enforcement team is meant to contact a person regarding their case review so that they can present their side of the story and give reasoning for why exactly they were suspended, more often than not there is no response from the members
    of the enforcement team meaning that in a large number of cases there is no way for the player to give their side of the story and present their case to the enforcement team with the hope of being able to have the suspension removed from their account.

    Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team no longer uses the forums.

    there is no such thing as 28hour suspensions only 24 and 48 hour then various lengths after that depending on severity and history

    Generally retaliation can't be appealed because there is no justification for breaking the rules regardless of who started it

    And no saying he started it is not a valid excuse nor does.it excuse your nephews actions
    There was no retaliation that is what I am questioning.

    NNope 24hour suspensions don't have any case review because it can take up to 48hours meaning there's is no point as they have to re-review based on your case review request and see if it was justified or not which would take longer then 24hours so there
    is no point is asking for a case review
