You can not send the code to a different email, sorry.

What you can do is go to accounts.live.com

selecet can't access account

selecet someone else is using my windows live id

selecet reset password

put in the current windows live id for your xbox live account

put in captcha

selecet customer support

enter a VALID email address.

Please fill out as much info as you can, if you don't know the info skip it.

they will send you an password reset link instantly (if you entered the info correctly and verified your email as a windows live id.), use that and update all security info on your account, you will call be able to sign in.

my 12 year old sons just got a 2 week enforcement ban . i want to know what he did to get the ban

i would like to hear or see it . i know he gets over excited playing games and i know all dads must say

same but this is twice and both time the most extreme measures . i had to watch him cry when he came

home from school ..why is enforcement team so unfair come see his dad i will take his ban

As they others have said the enforcement team handles all bans/suspensions. I just wanted to let you know there will be no specifics on what he did just general information on the rules that were violated.

 

hes 12 for gods sake and enforcement is a joke . cant get to put in dispute because im novice to xbox and as i did try at 1 in morning and need to wait again till 1 my son will be asleep for school

 

Unfortunately, the ToU/CoC is for all ages and breaking the rules is not excused because of age.

 

u have banned me for talking I'm 56 years old and the people I had a dispute with young children kniw older than 10 years old playing a 18 rated game

As already metioned,you have to go to the enforcement site to enquire about bans/suspensions.The enforcement team do not use the forums.

The age rating on a game has nothing to do with xbox live.

Age ratings mean a person under that age can not buy the game,it does not mean they can not play it & everything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone.

In future it's best to make your own thread instead of posting in someone elses if you need help,especially one that's from 7 months ago.
