Enforcement accident?

I appealed to a suspension. They upheld the case. In the ENFORCEMENT TEAM response they said I could access Xbox live Multiplayer. I went back on to my xbox and it said I still can't play xbox multiplayer. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

On top of Powercycling the console you may want to try and remove your profile from the console and readd it to the console.

Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. We're sorry to hear about the account suspension. The moderators, ambassadors and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage enforcement actions
on an account. We recommend checking
the enforcement history of the account on the Xbox enforcement website. The enforcement history will inform you of the suspension status of the account. If the suspension is still active, we suggested waiting out the allotted time frame. If the suspension
has been lifted, we recommend
power cycling the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Be sure to let us know the results!

There should be a reason why it was done, they provide that in every enforcement situation, take a look at it and you are more than able to file an appeal on the enforcement website, and the folks are very understanding if there was some sort of accident.

They admitted it was an accident. If you find people breaking the rules report/block them and move on and let the enforcement team do their thing.
