enforced gamertag change

You can hit the Enforcement team by using
enforcement.xbox.com only, and regarding a forced gamertag change you will not be allowed to get back the old one of course.

Can I get a free Gamertag change by going to the enforcement forums?

Some users are under the impression that simply by inquiring about a forced Gamertag change in the enforcement forums XBLPET will provide a free Gamertag change. This is not the
case.

While players are encouraged to post if they have questions about an enforcement action, posting in the forums does not in any way guarantee a free Gamertag change. In the past,
a forced Gamertag change gave users the opportunity to change the offending Gamertag free of charge. Unfortunately, this gesture was prone to abuse, and many people simply chose new, equally offensive Gamertags. As a result, the Gamertag enforcement process
changed. A forced Gamertag change now automatically assigns a new Gamertag to the account, much in the same way a system-generated Gamertag is provided when you first sign up for Xbox Live.

If a player is unhappy with the assigned Gamertag and wishes to change it, he or she may purchase a new Gamertag through the standard Gamertag change process

You can view your enforcement action at enforcement.xbox.com. The enforcement team would have forced the gamertag change. If you want to change your gamertag you will have to pay for the change.

You were warned.It was the code of conduct you agreed to when you started your account.

As Tye said,the word doesn't just mean "hot dog or sausage",it has another meaning as well & that is why it was changed.

You will have to pay to change it to a personal gamertag as that is the rules,you will not get a free name change.

You would need to make a post in the below forum section. The PET (Enforcement Team) will respond to you there with the reasoning behind your forced gamertag change. Alternatively you can check the email address tied to your account as correspondence will
have been sent there.

Please note that threads in that specific section are reviewed before they are published so you may not see your thread appear straight away. I will point out that the PET wont enforce against people for simply playing better then others.

I have a similar problem! I changed my gamertag a few months back- When I logged in a month or so ago , the gamertag i associate with my email account was changed ! What I'm asking is, can I go back to using my original gamertag or do I use another email
account with this same gamertag attached !
