The enforcement team are a bunch of bullied fags that sit around and hand out suspensions hiding behind their keyboards like true cowards. Last time i checked i live in america where freedom of speech is promised by our Constitution so stop giving communication
bans because some butt hurt kid didnt like being called out in cod for camping. U clowns cant even stop the modders from hacking the games but want to worry about if someone said . Oops i did it again. Who gives a ****. This is why ill become a playstation

Xbox Enforcer

To "join the enforcers" you would have to be an employee of Microsoft and work on the Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team (XBLPET). There WAS a program called "Enforcement United" years ago that allowed Xbox Ambassadors to determine if a given gamertag
was potentially offensive, but it never left beta (and no gamertags were changed due to it) and it has been wound down.

I am very upset for the simple fact that my 8 year old son has been suspended without a proper investigation. There's no one communicating back to me to slove this issue. How in the world can someone report you for absolutely no reason and you get suspended?
If they took there time to investigate they would see that my sons reputation is good and hes never been suspended. I sit here and watch him play, he doesn't use profanity, he doesn't bully anyone, or harass anyone so how does this happen? You mean to tell
me he can get suspended again over a sore losers? Should he report someone every time he losses? I know
[Mod Removed – Personal Information]. was the one who reported him because every time he lost he told my son he was going to report him.

 

First lets look at the great 1st amendment.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government
for a redress of grievances."

So the part of this we are looking at is "CONGRESS shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech"

Last i checked Microsoft was not congress.

The first amendment says nothing about private companies making rules on their servers that you agreed to abide by when signing up for the service.

 

Lets not play "I'm an American kid and I have rights" alright? When you signed up for the Xbox LIVE service, it stated that by accepting, you waived certain legal rights, such as this.

All programs, gaming or otherwise, Xbox LIVE, PlayStation Network, Nintendo, Steam,
and even Peppery NOW have the same rules.

Xbox is for all ages and kids should not have to suffer because you are ignorant and start mouthing off. Just accept the fact that some people are better than you at a game
