Energizer 2X Smart Charger

ive got one of these chargeres but both of my battery covers are broken so the batteries fall out on the slightest whim or jolt, is it possible to get replacement covers for them or am I stuck with it?

I have used the Energizer system almost since Day 1 and have had no issues and very happy with the purchase. Dual charging, no cables to connect the station to the controller, easily docks, and holds the charge for days. Hope this helps!

I have the Energizer charger, it works great. I've had it since launch.

 

Sorry to hear it. As the covers came with the Energizer charger you'll need to contact them to see about a replacement.

 

actually I did contact them and they told me to contact Xbox

 

I have the energizer charge stand as well. The only back that Xbox will be able to supply, and I do not believe they will replace a separate piece like that, does not have the opening slot to charge the batteries. You'll either need to purchase a new energizer
charge kit or see if they can replace the battery covers.

Those are your only options.
