Endless xbox region errors in store

I am trying to upgrade my xbox live gold to gamepass. But when I try I get

"You currently have a subscription from a different region. If it still doesn't work, please contact customer support."

But doesn't tell me what!

When I try migrating my account I get

"There’s a problem completing your move right now. Please check the Region Change Support Page to make sure it will work for you and try again later."

Both errors are incredibly useless. While I do have subscriptions from before I moved on other Microsoft services (Namely Azure and Onedrive), I have no other xbox subscriptions.

In general this region thing has been hell for me, can it be fixed?

When I try to contact support and it asks me for my phone number that dies with

"Sorry, we're having trouble connecting you. Feel free to try again or ask another question."

The (quite useless) virtual assistance points me at [1] which I have already done and everything is set to UK.

The only store that allows me to slightly proceed is the US one, which seems to indicate it locked to the US (but I don't have a valid address or payment method there anymore).
When I go to https://account.microsoft.com/profile my region is UK, when I go to payment addresses my default payment and shipping addresses are UK but the US address shows up in "other". I delete it and after a while it comes back.

This is so frustrating. Does anyone know of a way to *actually* contact Microsoft support? They didn't used to be so trash.

Ya read thru the menubest bet I doMt recognize the charge

This prevents spam robo calls from clogging up the lines especially during the holidays

It should.be noted that if you have a subscription from the U.S. you can't change it cause the codes are region locked

No it won't work

It's not an xbox one game

It does NOT depend on your console setting or language setting

It is dependent on your physical region and what's available in your 360 region

Changing or purchasing from another region will incur the region error

Using the en disk will work however the dlc is regiojnlocked so if you want to play zombies it's a no no you would havw to download the Colombian version and matching language since English isnt supported in Colombia xbox 360 regions

You can do.it.for.XBOX.ONe games or.higher but not bc titles

You will incur a region lock error or worse endless corrupt download resulting in a bad purchase if you try to change to English region and try and download a game not available in your region like us blackops

Xbox 360 games rely on your PHYSICAL region not your account region

It's.not likely.ms.will.lift.the region locks.before.next year's shutdown of.the 360 servers

Since you have a series s why not get the next gen or xbox one titles which arent region restricted nor do they have a limited time

Same here. Xbox one is no longer useable. Endless Loop of trying to open an app and the above error code appearing.

Based on the error message you provided, your payment card/method region is mismatched with your Xbox account or Microsoft Store region.

In order to purchase in the Microsoft Store, your Xbox account region, Microsoft Store region, and payment card region should be matched.

Check if your Xbox account region matches your billing address by signing your account on account.xbox.com > click on your gamer picture > click the 3 dots symbol > Xbox settings > then Xbox 360 region.

NOTE: Do NOT change the region as this will cause your account to undergo an account migration. You won't be able to change your region for 90 days.
