Endless Updating & Can't Play DLC Games.

This started last night. I was playing Halo Reach with a few friends and for no reason, I get the error message for Disc Errors. I have Reach downloaded to my console. Then it stopped, but started again today but this time I playing Dust. Two of my friends
were playing Dust at the same time as me and after I get kicked from the game, they did as well, it stopped for them but not for me. I had to redownload it and the same with Reach and other games. Now I can't play Reach without getting kicked off the game
nor my Skyrim, that is on disc but the disc isnt scratched or dirty. Each time i try to get on them they load up, kick me of the game and then the xbox is telling me that i have to do a systems update and i have to restart my console like 3 time to get the
update. I swear i updated like 20 times today.

What is going on here? Did the Reach or Dust get messed up or is Live bugging out again?

Now my avatar is a white finger, my xbox is telling me that I have 0 gamerscore when I know i have 28k+, my acheivements are gone, dashboard theme is blank and now I'm getting disconnected off of live when I already reset the internet today and its letting
me that my connection is good and open.

What is going on here? Cause I can't play any of my Downloaded games or use my apps.

I'm sorry to hear about about the update issue. Just for clarity, are you experiencing this issue for both downloaded and disc games?

Just to make sure that we have not missed any troubleshooting steps, I recommend first Clearing the cache on Xbox 360. If the issue continues to occur check
through the steps on our "This disc is unreadable" error occurs when you use a Games on Demand game page.

Please let us know if after trying these steps the issue continues and we will be standing by to help.

 

Thank you Mister Quimby for the reply. I have 1 more question, As I have doing the steps for the "unreadable disc on a demand game" I noticed that all my save data for every game got corrupted.. Does that mean I have to delete all of the saved data or will
they get fixed after doing the steps?

(just wondering cause I don't mind that if I have to delete them and get where I was in the game regardless that it will bum me out, but if i dont have to delete it I like to know)

Just to clarify, are you saying that all your game save data is corrupted or just for a certain game?
