Ending membership - money still charged

I have ended my xboks membership 17.03.17. Still there is someone taking money from my sons card. The boks hs been sold. Where can I stop this, and have my money back?

How do I cancel my xbox live account?

This month I was charged $59.99 for a 12 month subscription of Xbox live. I don't want the membership. I turned off auto renewal for the membership but I still have 12 months of Xbox live. I don't want the membership at all and I also want my money back.

Been charged the $, it's saying I got the membership at the payment screen but still considered a silver member...

I just bought a new Gold membership, and I've been charged the money on my credit card. Yet, it seems I'm still considered a Silver member.

It's kind of a problem, how do I get this fixed?

Thank you for responding. It was a one-time renewal for a year's membership, period. Not monthly. There are no pending or revolving charges tied to it. It was not a promotional membership tied to MS points or to a game. Boom -- charged, Microsoft has
its money. That should be the end of it. I should be able to control my financial information when there are no pending charges.

I would not actually try to add a false credit card because that would be just plain wrong. That was my frustration talking.

Doesn’t show on Microsoft but I did do a hard reset and still nothing but I noticed that it’s a pending charge on my banks end but as of now my money is gone.

it wont be because of greedy corporations that never offer to split the savings with the end consumer that paved the way for them to become what they became today. welcome to profiteering 101...they save money, they keep money, they try to charge more through
new microtransaction/sub models of gameplay whilst still charging you a high $60 upfront fee.

Looking for a 1 month membership not codes, and i cant buy membership thru xbox because of a payment issue a few months ago where auto renewal kept charging my credit card with no money in the bank (thusly they cant charge now because of what happened)
