    End of subscription Gold 1 month


    Hello,

    I bought on June 28 a month subscription to a Gold account for my Xbox

    360 console. I would like to end this subscription as of July 28th. However,

    none of my attempts to cancel automatic renewal was successful, either

    through the site itself or through my account from the console. Moreover,

    since this one, an error code appears and nothing regarding my Gold

    subscription is displayed..

    Thank you in advance for the help provided to solve my problem, cordially.

    XBL free month code on top of existing gold account?

    Does anyone know if using a 1 month free code just overlaps on an existing gold account or will it add an extra month to the end of your current subscription?

    Renewing Xbox Live Gold Family - Bought Single renewal in error

    If you redeem the prepaid code subscription and activate a gold family pack subscription, it will be added on top of the family pack subscription.. For every 2 months of regular subscription = 1 month for a family pack subscription.

    a 1 month subscription will still be converted into a 1 month family subscriptionEnd of subscription Gold 1 month :)

    Yes. Recurring subscription means that if you were to buy say a 1-month of Gold, at the end of the 1 month, they'll automatically charge you for another month to keep the subscription going. It's not a new policy.

    There currently are no 1 year subscriptions for Game Pass Ultimate. You could buy a prepaid card for 12 months of Gold then buy 1 month of Ultimate. The Gold will be converted to Ultimate and you'll end up with 13 months of Ultimate.

    Current conversion ratio for xbox live gold to game pass ultimate

    If you added the Gold after purchasing Ultimate, then it converts the Gold to Ultimate based on price rather than time. 12 months of Gold is equal to 4 months of Ultimate. You can view the conversions here. Since the Gold was converted, once the subscription ends, it ends. It doesn't revert back to Gold.

    If you had added the Gold first and then Ultimate, it would have converted at a ratio of 1:1 and you would have kept the full 12 months plus the amount of Ultimate you bought . So for example, if you added 12 months of Gold and then bought 1 month of Ultimate, you'd have 13 months of Ultimate.

    If I have a live gold subscription and I upgrade to Game Pass ultimate for one month, once that month ends, could I still use what remains of my live gold?

    When you upgrade to Ultimate, any gold you have on your account will also be converted to Ultimate. So for example, if you have 6 months of gold left and you buy 1 month of Ultimate, you will have 7 months of Ultimate before your subscription ends. It
    won't end in 1 month.

    So if you started a 12 month Gold subscription in August 2020, you have Gold until August 2021. If you take part in the $1 promotion today, you will pay $1 right now and your remaining Gold subscription would be converted to Ultimate plus you would get the
    3 months from the promotion. So your subscription would now end in November 2021. You would not have to pay the $15/month until your subscription ends in November 21. If you decide not to keep Ultimate, you can turn off auto-renewal anytime before November
    2021 and let the subscription run out. After it ends, you can add just standard Gold if you want. If you were to cancel Ultimate before than, you will lose all of your subscription.

    The same thing would happen if you were to stack enough Gold for 36 months before the conversion, but you would be paying for the additional Gold and the $1 now. The $15/month wouldn't start until after the 36 months end.
