Hello

I'm contacting you about a banishment I've been subjected to.

It should have ended today has 40 but the banishment is still actif.ma reputation of his last years is very good I never replied to insults except this shot si.me to insult 27 years by a 12 years old and be banned I'm limit D Okay, fine. However thank you for
taking into account my reputation for the time of banishment but please remove it no longer places to be.

Waiting for a response and a quick recovery

What?

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

Suspension of account and I can't submit a case review

Console suspensions are issued to stop people using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account,which is against the code of conduct.

As mentioned,console suspensions can not be appealed & should end at the same time as the account suspension.

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.

We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The
primary place for further information will be the Xbox Enforcement page
while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
Contact Us page to inquire
if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

Using a second account to circumvent a suspension on your main account will just end up with that account being banned or even a console suspension/ban.
