    this does nothing for me. It tells me to go to service and subscription and I see I can either cancel my renewal or Cancel now and get a refund. None of these work. I've been trying to get these to work for 2 hours now and nothing is working. I switched
    my new payment method to a dead card that is never used just so they wont take money from my Card when the time is up. I just needed the money back to pay off something.
