    Encountering Problems


    Hello, I am looking for support and assistance for my Xbox One S issues. The first one is related to my 4TB Western Digital My Book (possibly). If I don't play a game for an extended period of time (3 weeks+), the game will not open
    properly, black screens, then brings me back to the dashboard. This happens with every single game of mine if I don't play it for a while. Any thoughts as to what might cause this?

    Next problem may or may not be related to Halo: The Master Chief Collection and/or my Turtle Beach Stealth 420x+ wireless headset. Every time I complete a game of online matchmaking, upon returning to the in game menus, my headset
    gets completley disabled. The headset is still on, however I have no game or party volume. Turning the headset off/on does not help. I am forced to unplug the USB receiver THREE TIMES to get everything working properly again. This ONLY happens with Halo The
    Master Chief Collection.

    Still people are encountering this problem, shameful. I am still locked out and only three weeks ago my friend has encountered the same problem. It will take id say half the minecraft playstation players to encounter this problem for microsoft to even consider thinking about fixing it. Then maybe when all players encounter this problem, maybe then microsoft might send a junior staff member to think about finding a solution.
