Good day,

Please assist.

When attempting to log in to xbox 360 live, we complete the necessary information and always get a notification saying the email address or password is incorrect.

I am totally lost now, as we have reset the passwords on occasion, still battling to log in.

Assistance herein would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

have you tried to login to the xbox website to see if you get the same issue if you don't get that issue it might be that your 360 isn't connected correctly to play online

Same problem with me as well when attempting to sign in to Xbox live today.

It did not fix the issue, I also attempted to sign in with another account and the same error happened. After the error I get "sign in error: Error encountered while signing into xbox live"
