The account region migrating to : United States

error message "目前要完成您的移動時發生問題，請檢查地區變更支援面，以確定能運作，然後稍後再試。"

didn't migrate my account in 90 days and account not suspended,please help, thanks

Encounter an issue message while region migrating.

Hi folks! I encountered an issue while region migrating from Hongkong to China. I do have read "Read Me for info on Region Migration: " and here is the message
I got on that migration page :

"目前要完成您的移動時發生問題，請檢查地區變更支援面，以確定能運作，然後稍後再試。" which means "We encounter an issue while
migrating your account. Please check the region migrate support page and try again later."

I have tried many times and keep encountering message above. Any help, please!

do you live in an xbox live region? if you are trying to select an non supported region like china or shanghai then its is not a supported xbox region

probably falls under windows

are you meeting all the requirements?

If you are a minor in your current region and would not be a minor in the target region (or vice-a-verse-a) you will also be able to change. So it’s got to be minor in both or adult in both!

Region migration was taken down a while ago and you were only able to migrate to the regions that were recently added to the service.
