enchanted weapons question

I know in skyrim and oblivion you can make enchanted weapons and armor, can the same be done in eso as well?

Enchanted weapons

Yup, they're right, just use the one second, thats all I ever use, as long as you deliver the killing blow, the soul will be yours.

But I got these two sets of twin daggers,

.

The first set - Elven daggers, one called Frosty Sister(frost damage plus stamina damage), and Shocking Brother(lightning damage plus Magika damage).

Second Set - Elven daggers, one called Black Mamba(paralyse plus health absorption), and other is Cobra(Paralyse plus stamina absorption)

.

I got the perk that allows me to put two enchantments any anything I can enchant. I'd HIGHLY suggest you get that perk ASAP.

Also, when I enchant anything I wear and use regularly, I put the name in these brackets -> ( ), so those enchanted items are ALWAYS at the top of my list, so it makes it fast for me to find what I want in the main menu or favorites list. So the name would
appear (Frosty Sister) on the list. That lets me know, that's an enchanted item that I use in battle. Same thing applies to apparel.

Enchanting provides Glyphs in Elder Scrolls Online. Glyphs are enchantments which are applied on gear. There’s three types of glyphs: armor glyphs, weapon glyphs, and jewelry glyphs . Glyphs are crafted at enchanting station, typically found in towns. The
combination of runes used to craft the glyph affects the quality and effects of the final glyph, much like the combination of reagents does in Alchemy.

To craft glyphs, the enchanter needs Runes. These are gathered in the world. The runestone nodes visually appear to be very small-sized shrines, which come in different colors. The color of the shrine defines the type of the rune.

When an enchanter crafts new glyphs, they will learn the translation of the runes used in the process. The translations define what kind of effects the rune will have in a glyph

Just one more question Basher. When you say "take a Magic weapon to +5, then you can ascend it to Enchanted" can you elaborate? I have my halberd at +5, how to I get it to be enchanted and not magic....... or does enchanted come after magic? I know I need
an some sort of ember for enchanted

doubt forty enchanting would go on a weapon, only damage based enchants go on weapons, like fire, shock, ect. they have potions for enchanting, not sure if they actually have armour with that on.

^need to enchant it, rename it before you actually enchant the weapon.
