Enabling Dolby Atmos in Sea of Thives

Does anyone know how to enable Atmos in Sea of Thieves? I can't seem to find it in the settings. I know this feature was missing from the beta tests but did it make it into the final release?

XBOX One X streaming to Windows 10 works, but no audio

After installing a Dolby Atmos system and enabling bitstream audio to take advantage of the audio capabilities on xbox, when I stream to my Win10 computer, there is no audio. the stream is fins, just no sound.

As much as I hope that is the case, I don't dare assume they are looking into it.

While Dolby Atmos for Headphones is enabled by a license key managed through the Dolby Access app, the Dolby Atmos encoding is integrated into the system software.
