    Emulate an Xbox one controller on pc


    After gaming on my pc for a few years and barely using my Xbox. I have grown to prefer using the mouse and keyboard but I would still like to play games like halo and such. Especially with halo 5 coming out. So I would like to be able to use my mouse
    and keyboard to play halo since I can stream my Xbox to my pc, but when you stream your Xbox to your pc you need to use a controller to play your games. So I'm just wondering if there is a program that can emulate and Xbox one controller with my mouse and
    keyboard to play the games then

    Hi,

    The Xbox One controller can not move the mouse, at least not on it's own. To move the mouse - or emulate the mouse - would require third party software. As for games, it depends on the game. While many PC games support the Xbox One controller from the
    get go, some games need to be configured to use the controller.

    What game are you trying to use with the controller?

    Question about the Xbox One Controller

    I was wondering if they could install the same drivers for the PC to emulate a 360 controller on the 360 if so that would be very nice.

    Hey II 12YAN II!

    There isn't an option to use a mouse and keyboard with Xbox One games. If you're streaming your Xbox One to your PC you can plug your Xbox One controller into your PC and use that to play your games.

    Might be off-topic but is there an SNES emulator for xbox without modding?

    What I find highly odd about this post is that OP said they could play the emulator on their PC with a Xbox controller, which would work but 'wouldn't be the same'. Yet, they are asking about an emulator for the Xbox 360 that, even if it were a possibility,
    would still require an Xbox controller to play??

    I play with Emulators on a PC connected to a 32" TV and a Xbox 360 controller. Works just fine.

    Clearly this is all about playing old games on a big HDTV rather than a monitor. If that's the case, why not hook up the PC/laptop to the TV? It's not hard, all you need are the right cables.

    xbox 360 games dont work on pc, they only work on xbox one as they a wrapped in an emulator designed to run on the xbox one, they could port the emulator over to pc but i don't think they have any plans for that yet as they could just use xcloud.
