    Empty Package


    I placed an order for the Xbox wireless controller online on Dec. 14, and it was expected to arrive before Dec. 19. However, the status on the shipment tracking page didn’t change since the 19th so I called FedEx and to ask about it. I was told that the status was pending because the package sent was empty. Then I called Microsoft’s customer support but no one answered. How do I request for a reshipment?

    We understand that you have concern about your order online that is still on pending status. We couldn't imagine the inconvenience you are experiencing right now. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    However, I would like to know from what specific store did you purchase the Xbox wireless controller? Was it from the Microsoft Store oline or from a different store?

    If it is from the Microsoft Store online, I would recommend that you contact our support team from Microsoft store through this link here. Contact Microsoft Store Support - Microsoft Support

    But if it is from a third party store, please contact that store where you bought the Xbox wireless controller.

    Xbox app freeze on launch

    After reboot (and making sure both folders in program files x86 and localappdata\packages were empty) then reinstall xbox app still freeze when launched... :(

    I have the same issue, in the games app the setting screen is empty, I checked event viewer and it tells me "Activation of application Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe!App failed with error: This application's package family has more
    than one package installed. This is not supported"

    Have checked log in details and also installed Shuffle Party which works fine.

    I have tried contacting them again through the virtual agent. It asks few questions but is unable to answer and when it comes to contact real person - it says no chat is available for this issue.

    According UPS they have delivered to package to the Service Center, so there is no reason to contact UPS in this matter.

    I understand it may be slow but you'd think they update package as received in Service Order as soon they signed UPS package received. Just waiting few weeks means the Service Order will close and not only is my controller broken, I sent it to seemingly
