Empty grey pages on new dashboard..

For the past few days the new dashboard has been slow in loading and connecting to xboxlive, and when it finally loads and then reloads itself, my home page works fine but when I scroll right to community, one guide, and store are all just empty and grey
boxe where there was once an activity feed, and new games, tv shows, apps, etc. So basically nothing is showing up on the new dashboard except home page which loads and then has to reload to connect to live and show my pins etc. Ive had the update since the
12th and it was working fine up until just recently. Any ideas??? Reset system?? Wait for update?? Thank You.

Deleting Savegames or the Profil in Forza 5

Hi, how is it possible to delete savegames on the new Xbox ONE? I had a bug in Forza 5 (a grey car instead the Audi RS3), maybe because the installation was not ready yet!? Now its all fine, but the grey car is still in my garage, an thats terrible. If
it's possible I would start with a new empty Profil

Can you please restart your console. Hold in the power button until the console shuts off. Then unplug from the wall. Wait 30 seconds and then turn it back on. When the console starts, you should see the green load screen. This clears any cache.

When is the last time you updated?

 

I got the update when it came out on the 12th. Hopefully its a glitch of some sort, a temporary problem which will resolve itself.

 

There was another one on the 17th. Are you apart of the preview program?

 

Glad I'm not the only one. I've been having this problem as well. I did a hard restart and unplugged my Xbox from the wall for 30 seconds and it did nothing. It's kinda of annoying, but the only way I found to fix this is by signing off your profile at start
up, let your Xbox One sit idle for 30 seconds or so, then all windows will pop up shortly and you can sign back in afterwards. However, I don't want to keep doing this every time I start up my Xbox One.

 

I'm having this issue as well after I updated to the new dashboard. The only things that works for me is constantly restarting my console until the tiles finally load. Its super annoying and wish it was acknowledged as an issue.

 

Using the sign out, wait, sign back in seems to work for me, so that's a plus.

 

Well....i signed out and it wont sign me back in, just keeps going to the same sign in screen.

 

Xbox support told me to factory reset xbox one. I did that and it fixed the issue temporary. The very next morning I got back on and the dashboard did not load and all the pages were grey. I changed my sign in from auto sign in off and then restarted my
xbox and that fixed it. So if you are auto signed in when the xbox turns on then it wont load. So turn off auto sign on. Just sign in yourself once your box is on. Talked to support again and informed them, she stated its seem to be a glitch in the new update
hopefully they will send out another update to fix it.

 

Update: I switched my xbox to "instant on" and the issue has appeared to resolve itself. :/ Not ideal though

 

This issue has reappeared today for me and others and seems directly related to using instant sign in when console is set to the instant on power mode as if to suggest a bug where the console boots and signs in too quickly to load all the content properly.

I'd been told to factory reset which didn't work at all so ignore anyone who says that.

If you use instant on then turn off instant sign in I'd been using that prior to the update on the 23rd ( forced update to NXOE for those that waited ) and had been fine.

After the 23rd I turned instant signin back on and until this morning it was fine. Issue now back.

It's got to be at their end.
