Emperor not being awarded?

Not going to lie, slightly irritated on this one. spent a lil time, organized the groups. captured the required keeps, have the highest score... yet no emperor crowned.. this is like the one opportunity for me to get this achievement... wtf...NA server Versidue-Shae,
character is Icarus Sutton.

Is it possible to change the Emperor in our Alliance?
The old Emperor no longer plays more than six months.

Our Alliance needs to change emperors.

Our policy is not to interfere in Alliances’ selection of their emperors; if you have an issue with your leader, you’ll have to work it out within your Alliance. We can, however, depose an emperor who has become inactive. If your emperor hasn’t logged in
for at least 60 days, have a lord in your Alliance PM us (see Contact Information below) with the following information:

- Your Gamertag:

- Alliance Name:

- Emperor’s Gamertag:

- New Emperor:

It is recommended that you first establish a unanimous agreement on the new Emperor. Holding a vote prior to sending us a PM would be great. An emperor is considered inactive after 60 days of inactivity in the game.

Also keep in mind that in order to qualify, purchases have to be made during the offer period. If the consoles were bought before the offer became available, they are not eligible.

Your purchase of Call of Duty and Gears of War were applied to the Rewards Story offer last month. However, since you did not complete that offer, you did not receive Credits for those purchases. Regarding your Unravel purchase, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated December's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

With the Xbox Rewards program, it's impossible to have an odd number of credits pending. If you're referring to the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The two programs are separate.

On the website, it says Xbox Rewards has now become Microsoft Rewards In Canada, does that means all my points just vanished? Also for the Microsoft Rewards system, is it 20 points for every dollar you spend?
