Emerging Issue-GOW codes don't work

Apparently this is an emerging issue, I bought the gears of war ultimate edition just because I wanted to have the whole gears of war collection.. I received 4 code but only the one for gear 2 and judgement worked, but the ones for gears 3 and gears 1 don't,
I have tried over the Web and through the xbox one and nothing.. I want new codes if these ones don't work

Hi got an issue with my GOW3 download code its sends and error try to redeem it since last week and wont work....i already redeem my other GOW jugdement and GOW 2...need help

 

Gears of War 4 additional game content codes not working

GOW 1 and GOW3 codes not working. GOW1 and GOW JUDGEMENT codes both work tho.

This is usually due to a region error, try the following:

If you are receiving the 80150017 error or a region error, there are multiple reasons why this is happening.

1.Your physical location and your account's region are not matching, and that's why you are receiving this error.

2.You are located in Japan, Germany, or China.

If you are under #1, then you will need to make sure your account matches your physical location to be able to redeem it. If you haven't already, please change your region to match your physical location, and then try again.

If you are under #2, these regions do not qualify for this promotion and you will not be receiving a replacement code. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, and hope you understand.

We do not suggest using a VPN or changing your region to get these codes accepted. Any posts about how to use VPN to redeem these codes will be deleted.

If that doesn't work, I'd suggest posting up your issue, and the error you are receiving into the below thread:

How is this even possible if I was able to redeem gears 2 and judgement? doesn't make any sense, would it be easier to just give me new codes, I'm sorry but I'm very very dissapointed of Microsoft's CS, you didn't give me a straight answer, I want an explanation
why is this happening. I don't in China, Germany nor Japan and I haven't had any single issue like this in the past, so what the problem? Can you just give me the games? Cause at the end I bought the ultimate edition in ordet to have the whole colletion and
I have only received 50%, are you going to give me something else for that missing 50%?
