    Emergency on Xbox Fanfest


    Having a trouble personal emergency crisis.

    Recently, I learned my guest did not register his ticket and unable to get the person in. I'm trying to get my guest re-register but its closed. I'm trying to cover up all of the damages before the fanfest preparation. Is there anyone who can help me on getting my guest get his ticket. He doesn't know that he didn't got it because he didn't follow the instructions. I did warn him. But he did not listen. Is there anyone in Xbox Fanfest can help me on the emergency. I need help ASAP. I need the problem to resolve immediately before my guest figure out something is wrong.
