lets go Microsoft. resolve the issues. This should be an embarrassment to your company. You call yourselves professionals right? I know my job wouldn't be safe if my responsibility sat idle for 18 hours. What is this healthcare.gov? I'm starting to understand
50% of my xbox friends jumping platforms to ps4 I'm starting to feel as if I should have followed suit. They're all laughing in my face right now. This is embarrassing as a customer and I hope more embarrassing for those responsible for diagnosing and resolving

it makes no sense..my friend lives 2 doors down we get our internet from the same company...he's online on xboxone and I get the error code...wtf?!?!?

 

They should be embarrassed, i mean, a company making billions upon billions each year, and their Xbox Live down for 3 hours, yea, they should feel embarrassed (sarcasm intended).

It's a gaming service, down for 3 hours, not the end of the world people seriously, grow a pair

 

Well mr. Sarcasm mine has been down over 17 hours so I would tell you you just put your foot in your mouth but instead I'll shove my pair in place if your own foot. And yea my roommate whose xbox is sitting directly besides mine is connected but mine don't

It's been down for 17 hours for you...........and? Not even a day, 365 of those a year. Hardly missing anything, you have 364 chances left to do what you want. Chill out

I just paid for my membership and netflix, i dont care about it being down, because this happens, we accept this when we sign the terms. So i will fill up on my end and acknowledge that

 

Right so when your car insurance just decides not to work on the 233rd day of the year when you happen to be in an accident you'll be fine with. When your cell phone provider decides to stop working on the 15th day if the year you don't care cause you still
have 364 days left. When your internet provider stops working you still have 364 days right. Don't tell me how my opinion should be. I pay for my services and I expect them to work. If you don't hold someone to the same standards that's your choice but it
