Emails on a banned account

My sons account was banned months ago & I'm still getting emails. From the day the account was banned we have not had access to the account to make any changes, so I can't removed my email address. I need XBox to remove/delete the banned gamertag all together
or remove my email address.

The banned gamertag is [Mod Removed]

I called 800-469-9269 for help, but they state they can't do anything.

Lmfao! I honestly don't even know why I got banned. I emailed ign and asked them why I got banned but they never emailed me back

Sell your email account that is tied to the game purchases? You sure you didn't sign up any account using the email account elsewhere? Because they can easily request password reset and use the email to get into your other online accounts. It is a big security risk.

You can go to account.microsoft.com to remove all your credit cards. But, be warned, someone with clever social engineering can get the missing data recovered. And it doesn't matter what you think. You will have to deal with the mess.

Now, like other said, it may get the account banned and your transaction becomes a scam. How the person want to deal with your scam is undeterministic. The best is just asking for refund. Not so great is legal law suits. The worst would be bloodshed. So, be warned.

Can you sign into the account at commerce.microsoft.com? Even if the Xbox account is banned the Microsoft Account should still be accessible. if you can get in there you can change the information on the Profile tab.

 

I'm currently using the same email address for a new gamertag, so when I login I get my current gamertag. I can't see the banned gamertag.

I'm getting XBox Live Reward statements on the banned account.
