Emails going to old address I unassociated with account.

Hi Richie, I received an email yesterday warning me that my gamepass was due to expire. This went to the correct intended email address, so all appears to be working!

Hi Mae Sev, thanks for the reply. Are you able to help me with my email issue?

I had an old email address that I set my account up with but added a new alias and removed the old original one. The original email is not listed anywhere in my account settings (as intended).

I am still only getting notifications and purchase confirmations to my original unassociated email for this account. I want all communication to go to my current primary alias on this account.

Are you able to advise? The standard Microsoft/Xbox FAQs don’t seem to be helpful. Thanks.
