    So recently I changed my contact preferences email on Xbox.com from a very old email to my current primary alias. For some reason, it stayed as my old one for Xbox promotional emails when I changed it years ago but only on Xbox.com

    Since then I haven’t received a single email from Xbox. Since about December 2020 I think the last engage email came through and that was to my old email. I don’t think I’ve gotten a single one to my current email address

    Does Xbox not send emails through this anymore? I seem to recall monthly newsletters used to be a thing back in 2019.

    Has anyone else had this problem or is there something up with my email address?

    I was checking my inbox to find Xbox emails, I notice that apart from Microsoft Store and Rewards program, I received also Xbox FanFest emails.

    But it's hard to tell if I already received a regular xbox email, probably I deleted it

    Let's see if other users comment something different on the thread

    I was looking for similar threads and in the past there was a direct link to received promotional emails, but is broken now

    Okay that’s reassuring, I’m in the UK.

    I used to get a “monthly newsletter” a couple of years ago, has that been discontinued?

    I still get Microsoft store and Microsoft rewards emails fairly regularly- it just seems weird that Xbox is my most used service by far and I get radio silence

    Both threads have some insight though, it appears that Microsoft’s Automated email system is a bit broken sometimes.
