    Okay so i was rewarded $5 via xbox gift card and it is trying to be sent to my old email. I want the gift card code to be sent to my new email. I updated my billing info and it still didn't work it still keeps telling me its going to my old email. Can anyone
    help me in this situation please?

    what if the email you had in there for some odd reason wasnt the email your accounts been using? i had some old ass email for the newsletters....

    got the limbo free msg, is that my game i randomly "won"?

    is the only way to get any of the other stuff thru that email?

    Who awarded the $5 xbox gift card? It is not common practice for the Xbox Live Rewards Team to do that. Did you redeem points through the Microsoft Reward Program? If so, that is entirely different and you would have to contact their customer support on
    the redemption page of Microsoft Rewards.

    We have not had any offers that would award a $5 Gift card. If you are asking about Microsoft Rewards, you would have to contact their support team regarding that.

    Apologies but once you redeem a code it cannot be reversed and codes are not being resent. The specializations will eventually be released to all players. These codes were for early access.
