Email sign ups

helloToday I have purchased the Xbox one and it won't let me add the parental email address it keeps saying try again later or contact Xbox live. How do I get past this as I don't need to put a parental email address in. Thanks.

[/quote]Yes the 360 beta is set for tomorrow too, and yes it is for pre orders and beta sign ups. You should get an email if you get in from the sign ups.

Never had an issue myself,always turned up when they say they will & package has always been fine.

When they ship your console back it's put in an inflatable bag so it's very well protected anyway.

Could you explain a bit more of what you are trying to do? Do you want to create a new Xbox Account on your Xbox One, or are you trying to add a child account? Or are you trying to Login on your Xbox with an existing Xbox Live Account?

Did you buy the console second-hand? It sounds like it already had parental settings, in which case you would need to speak to Support about whether they can help remove them.
