    Apologies for the inconvenience. This issue has now been resolved, and you should receive your deposit in our next deposit cycle occurring around the end of the month. Unfortunately, our other team is still working on removing the false deposit event from
    your commerce page, which incorrectly states that a deposit was completed. If you have any further issues with your next deposit, let us know, and we will investigate to make sure that this issue has been fully resolved.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    Even though the currency types on both your Microsoft payment accounts are the same, since our system detects that the payment account it is being directed to deposit into is not the one specified as the primary account, it aborts rather than place a possibly
    erroneous deposit. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be
    resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Receiving Emails

    That's a difficult question to answer as it all depends on what email address you have used for your Microsoft account. If the email address for your account is a Hotmail one then you need to go to the Hotmail website to see your email.

    Bear in mind that it is not a mandatory requirement that your Microsoft account use a Microsoft based email address; you can use email addresses from other providers.
