Email messages in the Inbox. I now can't delete them.

I can't -- as I could before -- delete email messages in my Inbox. When I click the small box to the left of an email message (seemingly in darker print), the box now won't show a check mark, and the delete designation at the top of the page is in very
faint color and not working -- it won't delete. The checkbox won't check. How do I correct this problem? How do I get the checkboxes to the left of an email message to show a click mark when I check it and the delete designation at the top of the page take
on darker color so when clicked it will delete the message checked?

This is my posted question. Can you correct this problem for me?

Hold the power button on your console for 8 seconds and turn it back and try deleting your messages again.

If no then try deleting a message in your inbox, if a message can't be deleted then the problem is from your Xbox 360.

If you can delete a message from your inbox then your messaging limit has been reached

delete the message from your inbox.

If you are using Hotmail or Outlook, there is a feature called ''Recover Deleted Messages''

If you have deleted the email from the deleted folder, you can get it back if it hasn't been that long since you deleted it.

Give it a try and see if it works.
