Email linked to xbox rewards

I have just switched my primary email address on my Microsoft account and deleted the old one. However, on my rewards page, under where my name is, in the top corner, it still appears that my rewards are linked to the old email address. Is there a way of
fixing this? I have deleted the old address from every place on my account that I can see.

I still need help

Is there anyway you can tell me what email I have linked to my rewards account then as I still didn't receive it with the email associated with the gamertag if you can't tell me what email I have linked can you at least tell me how I can change what email

Take off my old gamer tag

I'm constantly getting e mails from rewards linking to my old account which is linked to another e mail address. The email address that I'm getting the messages on is linked to my current xbox account and rewards yet I'm still getting the old account emails.
Been trying to get this sorted for years and it's taking the piss.

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to respond, but I believe you will need to re-register for the program under the new email and everything will switch over.

Microsoft Rewards support is only done through email. The contact link on the Rewards site should take you to a form to fill out to submit an email. If you were to taken to chat/phone, then that was Xbox support.

We use your billing email address, so since you updated that yesterday, wait a few days and it should update. If not, contact us again as there may be another issue. Thanks!

Hi SimonAsh286. When did you update your email address? It can take a few days for our system to receive the change.

The primary alias I changed a few days ago, but I only realised I had to change the billing address separately, yesterday.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program. You would have to contact their support team via the Microsoft Rewards page for assistance with any Microsoft Rewards issues.
