Email keeps saying Gamertag is something completely different

The account I have always used is, . But the emails say my Gamertag is SvelterPlanet44. Is there any way to correct this?

Combining accounts

Once an account has connected to the servers, there is no way to completely delete it. You could change the email for the online account to something different in order to use that email on your offline account. support.xbox.com/.../switch-gamertag-to-different-microsoft-account

my Xbox did an update and automatically did a factory reset so I lost everything. The email and password I use to recover it logs me into my old account. Is there a way to recover my actual profile using the gamertag?? The info I use to recover it keeps
saying it's wrong and there's a different email address like someone hacked it or something so I can't login. If I could somehow use my gamertag to recover it that would be great, so I can change my email and password so it doesn't happen again.

We see that both these accounts ("i am KING 831" and "SvelterPlanet44") have different emails associated with them. Is SvelterPlanet44 another account that you use?
