Email keeps saying Gamertag is something completely different

Discus and support Email keeps saying Gamertag is something completely different in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; The account I have always used is, .     my Xbox did an update and automatically did a factory reset so I lost everything. The email and password I use to recover it logs me into my old account. Is there a way to recover my actual profile using the gamertag?? The info I use to recover it keeps
    saying it's wrong and there's a different email address like someone hacked it or something so I can't login. If I could somehow use my gamertag to recover it that would be great, so I can change my email and password so it doesn't happen again.

    Hello i am KING 831,

    We see that both these accounts ("i am KING 831" and "SvelterPlanet44") have different emails associated with them. Is SvelterPlanet44 another account that you use?
