Email issues with my account on xbox 360

My account is x4NiNjAsCoPe4x and it was created with my friends moms email, we are no longer friends and I cant sign into my account anymore. Is their a way I can get the email changed. If you need proof I can contact her or give proof that my mom is paying

A question I have about Xbox Live

A question I have is when I sign in on my Xbox 360 to my Xbox Live account in the top right corner it shows your emblem along with a rotation of my gamertag name, achievement numbers, money I have on my account, and my email address linked to the account. But for some reason it doesn't show my email address when it's rotating through and instead just shows blank nothing until the next thing comes up in the rotation when it should show my email address in the rotation.

Setting up accounts for family members

If i sign him up on a guest account will he need an email to set it up. Also, can anyone in my family walk in and turn it on with the xbox on comand even if i am the only account in the system or does it have to be me?Click to expand...

No email needed for a guest account, it works same as it did on 360. Anyone can use voice commands regardless of having an account.

That's the issue - The gamertag I used on my XBOX 360 does not have an associated Microsoft Account or Email. It was an Offline XBOX 360 -- never connected it to XBOX Live. The gamertag has always been offline.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Is this an issue with signing in to the account on the Xbox 360? Most account issues with the Xbox 360 can be resolved by

removing and redownloading the account to the console. The email address and password to the Microsoft account that is tied to the gamertag must be known. Be sure to let us know the results!
