    recently my Xbox360 finally died on after 11 years but I saved all my data and profiles cause it was on a flash drive but 2 weeks ago I bought a knew 360 And I tried logging into my Xbox account my tag is KSI FatDuke2016 But problem is the email address
    is deleted and I forgot the password I knew the original password but I changed it a while back and don't know it I tried using the password reset but the system keeps turning my request down and I tried calling Microsoft 3 times and they haven't been much
    help either

    Sign in with Kinect!

    I had it recently where I had to manually sign in every time with my password when it use to just recognise me. But I'd forgot I had updated my account details online and changed my primary email address. All you have to do is delete your account on the xbox one and then log in with your updated email and password. Now I just say xbox on and it auto loads me in.

    You would need to know the Gamertag. Account email address you would then be able to recover the password using the forgot password option at xbox.com/forgot You should be aware however if your account was inactive for over 5 years it may have been deleted

    *If you know your Email and Password is correct but still getting an error, please delete the profile from your Xbox Console and Clear your System Cache 3 time.

    Then Download your profile.

    If you think you forgot your password, click the link that mentions "forgot password" at the sign page, type in your email associated to that account, follow the steps to recover that account, and the password should reset.
