    The email associated with my Microsoft Commerce account is correct, but Xbox Live Rewards is saying that it is not. I want to confirm that it is correct.

    it says my email isnt correct for the rewards program but in fact the email i use is the email i use for xbox live dont understand why it says that

    as we have new information on this subject. After conferring with the team responsible for implementing this new yellow alert feature, we have determined that you are currently being flagged since we are unable to complete an email to your account. Can you
    roughly recall when you last received an email from our program? This information may aid in our report for this team on this feature.

    However, you do not have to overly worry about this warning. This is just a heads up that we are not able to send you any emails. Your account is otherwise working as intended!

    XBL Subscription renewal did not reward the 600 Microsoft points as advertised.

    I think that is for the rewards program....correct me if im wrong but, it takes a while, and only deposited on the 1st and 15th of the month

    We have disabled the yellow light notification, and removed it from user's pages. To be clear, this notification was not an alert indicating an issue with Rewarding. We apologies for the confusion this notice may have caused.
