    Email Invite to Xbox Live customers for Series’s X


    How do I get an email from Microsoft for a Series X. Been with Microsoft for 20 years. Spent thousands of dollars on consoles headsets and games. Yet it seems I don’t qualify to get an email from Microsoft to purchase a Series X. I think that’s a lousy way to treat a loyal customer. Merry Christmas

    Backwards compatibility

    801.519.0A is the error code. It’s not the original email but it’s the primary email and I sign in just fine on Xbox live on series X
