Email I can send support questions to?

So while there is no email version of support available, we can do our best to help you out here. You can be as detailed as you want in a forum post and include images you feel necessary. If you aren't comfortable posting the images publicly, you can always
message us the image links via Xbox Live Message. I can't guarantee we'll be able to resolve your issue (especially since we don't know what the issue is yet) but we'll certainly give it our best shot!

Thanks, Smwutches. I tried asking them over live chat, but they informed me that as you suspected, there is no email available to send support questions to.

You can try contacting support to see if they can give you an email to send it to, but as far as I know there is no direct email to support anymore.

I would suggest contacting Xbox Support to see if they can manually send you the email.

If you know what the email address is for your account you can go to account.microsoft.com/acsr and try to recover it that way if you do not have access to security proof(s) (where they want to send the verification code to verify ownership) then you have
a choice there that you don't have access to any of these and you can fill out a form with questions about the account and if you answer enough of them correctly then they will send you an email with a link to reset your password. if you don't answer enough
correctly they will still send you an email letting you know that and then you can contact xbox support through support.xbox.com/contact-us and they can escalate it up if you still have access to a xbox that your profile was on before with some more questions
about your account and the console that it was on before and they will send it to their escalations team and if enough of those questions were answered correctly then they will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
