Discus and support Email has not recieved in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So basically i spoke on the phone waitied half an hour to get seen to eventually got help about my broken xbox one elite controller and how to send it...     Email has not recieved


    So basically i spoke on the phone waitied half an hour to get seen to eventually got help about my broken xbox one elite controller and how to send it back for a new one and they told me that i should get an email which i got but the email was just an instruction
    on how to send off the product and i didn't get the email with the shipping label so that i can return the controller...

    It has been almost three months and I still have not recieved any email about it

    checked contact preference/ spam/deleted/saved emails all emails not recieved any points nowhere think its a big con. twice now promised points and not recieved ,.not happy.

    You won't get a shipping label. Shipping is NOT covered for accessories. You have to pay for shipping to the repair center. Make sure to choose a shipping method that will get you a tracking number. USPS is usually the least expensive. And make sure to put
    the case number / rma number on the outside of the package as well.

    I recieved the choosing email on the 9th March and recieved an redemption confirmation email on the 10th.
